While Qatar was sleeping last night we were up most of the night trying to keep another litter of newborn's alive 💔Sadly this is nothing new. These kittens were obviously dumped, found at a local supermarket in a box, just hours old. We understand the numbers of kittens being born is massive, we understand that not everyone wants cats and kittens around but we don't understand why people think dumping them away from their mum is the answer. Their chances of survival without her are minimal 😢Now we desperately need experienced bottle feeders to please help, we can split them to 3 & 2 if needed, we will supply everything they need and we will take them in for adoption (if they make it) when they are old enough. 🙏If you find newborns PLEASE reach out to rescuers for advice and guidance as a first step. Lots of drama this week, surrounding a cat stuck in an apartment for the last month (very long story with a set of sad and unfortunate circumstances). 😢A few days back we started to get so many messages and emails from, literally, all over the world, about this poor cat. With no actual details we asked that the person posting and trying to resolve the issue (and feeding/watering under the door) please contact us directly. Once we had all the information we reached out and got an immediate response from the authorities. Huge thanks to The Director of Public Security and Wakra Police Station, who, within hours, had the cat released 🥰Said cat was taken for a vet check and is now in good hands being cared for until, hopefully, she can be reunited with her family. 🙏Please don't ever think nothing can be done, yes these situations must be handled legally but in genuine circumstances the authorities will come together, act swiftly and help .....a happy ending is always the goal ❤️ ...
